Junior I.T. Support Technician

The Role

Our growing business now requires a confident and hard working individual with excellent communications and PC skills. The position is ideally suited to a logical thinker with a sound understanding of I.T.

Applicants should ideally possess:

• A good working knowledge of Microsoft Windows.
• An understanding of PC architecture (building PCs and installing Windows Operating Systems).
• An excellent telephone manner and the ability to communicate patiently with people of all levels
• All applicants should have a minimum of GCSE grades C and above in Maths and English.

The role is varied and includes 1st and 2nd line telephone support of GFS applications; PC build, configuration and installation; Internal Helpdesk support. Full training on GFS products will be provided.
