Invoice Reconciliation

GFS Validator provides invoice analysis to evaluate charges in comparison to expected costs.

Your third party carrier invoice is processed and compared against your provided tariffs to highlight any incorrect charges, anomalies and associated surcharges. Validator highlights exceptions where the correct charge has not been applied and can be used to assist with claims for credit.

The presentation of the invoice information can be altered in a number of ways. Use the filters, sort and grouping options to display the data in numerous summaries or drill down for individual itemised invoice information.

Automation of invoice analysis removes the need for manual evaluation and saves a substantial amount of time on processing invoices and identifying incorrect charges.
